Happy Monday everyone! Today I wanted to share with you these breathtaking pictures I found, which literally stopped me in my tracks. In case you haven’t had the pleasure of already seeing her work, Elizabeth Kaye (aka Elizabeth in Love), is a Canadian photographer with incredible talent. And, after browsing around her lovely blog and losing myself in the sensational imagery, I’m now definitely a huge fan!
These stunning images are part of a creative feature Elizabeth worked on for WedLuxe. The whole shoot inspired by fashion, features gorgeous gowns by Jenny Packham and an AH-MAY-ZING bejewelled cake by The Caketress. The team wanted the overall effect to be ‘beautiful and soft’ and boy did they achieve it. The whole shoot is perfection. Not to mention, I have a soft spot for a bit of bridal bling, so these shots had me at my first ‘click!’ Lap up these stylish snaps, then if you’re dying for more, pay a visit to Elizabeth’s photography blog. Have a great week!
What is it about bridal veils that is so alluring? Is it their beauty, history, or sense of mystery that keeps us intrigued? Perhaps, it is their hint of what is to come. The sweet anticipation of the moment when he is told ‘you may kiss the bride’. The moment when time stands still. When he slowly lifts her veil to reveal her full beauty and seal their union with a kiss. Whatever their attraction you cannot deny bridal veils full of glamour and beautiful to behold. Stop for a moment and take in these captivating pictures of brides and their veils.

Here is a bridal boudoir shoot I found on The Knotty Bride that blows traditional style wedding boudoir photos out of the water. Shot by Courtney Dellafiora (aka The Boudoir Vixen) it is a mesmerizing boudoir style that it is provocative, edgy and super sexy without a hint of white. Courtney was inspired to do something different in boudoir photography and created a theme based on the “modern rocker bride.” She combined the elements of rock music, fashion and bridal couture to achieve this end result – and boy I think she nailed it! Not only is it very different but also elegant and visually stunning.
These wedding pictures are so lovely, I couldn’t decide on just one for my wedding pic love post. Brilliantly captured by Clayton Austin this oh-so-cute vintage wedding set amongst orange, lime and lemon trees, is romantic, sweet and oozing old fashioned goodness galore. I seriously love the vintage blue color theme and the whimsical way Clayton incorporated the orange into his photography.
You’ll definitely want to head to feast your eyes on the entire display of wedding pics here.
Love this intimacy captured in this stunning shot. It reminds me that we should always savor the moment . . .
