What happens when two professional dancers get hitched? Well you get a wedding that ‘kicks up it’s heels’ – literally! This theatrical couple may have kept their California wedding sweet and simple, but there was nothing simple about the entertainment. The talented duo knew how to “bring it on the dance floor” dancing up a storm not only for each other but also their lucky guests. Their unique wedding reception was more like a spectacular Broadway show. You can’t help but love this adorable couple who went to the effort of beautifully highlighting their two cultures – first, with the pretty bride donning a striking long red chiongsam dress as her ‘farewell outfit,’ then again by adding a unique element of fun and cutting the cake ‘ninja style (although you wouldn’t want to have stood too close! ha ha). Altogether, this was one fun multicultural affair with plenty of snazzy fast moves. Thanks to Ryan Greenleaf who snapped all the entertaining action. From the Photographer: Tony and Christine met in college in a class they had together. Since then, they have been involved in many shows and stage productions both together and separately. My first encounter with them was when they were doing a show together at the Sacramento State Theatre/Dance department. (Which was amazing to watch!) It is a huge part of their lives and will continue to be for years and years to come. They were hitched on June 4th last year. Unfortunately it rained on their wedding day and the ceremony had to be moved indoors. But no matter, because not only did Christine looked stunningly beautiful and Tony very dapper all suited up, but they BROUGHT it on the dance floor at their reception.
