This woodlands bride inspiration shoot captured our attention. Not for any luxury elements, or opulent details. Not for a jaw-dropping venue or breathtaking location. But for the sheer simplicity of it all. With a simple baby breath’s bouquet and a pretty white gown is everything a bride needs to envoke beauty and pure elegance. The perfect inspiration for a wedding in the woods wouldn’t you agree?. We were sold. Hope you are too.
From the photographer
This shoot was inspired by the natural raw feel of Swarthmore College campus. The campus is covered in tall trees and has a stone amphitheater that made a gorgeous location for bridal portraits. The trees were enchanting with an ethereal feel. We used baby’s breath for a floral crown and bouquet. Using a simple flower for a bouquet can be gorgeous for a wedding. Her makeup look was a smokey eye with a dark red lip and a loose braid in her hair.

A beautiful bride and a beautiful location go together like milk and honey, and this breathtaking bridal session at the Tara Winery in Henderson County, Texas combines the two perfectly. When you immerse yourself in these brilliant images by Photography by Gema Blanton, you’ll be right there with me, because this darling session is boasting a gorgeous winery backdrop, an amazing gown and one seriously stunning bride. Happy Tuesday y’all!
From the bride Charlene: My wedding day was perfect because I surrounded myself with those closest to me. The actual day flew by, but the little moments I shared with my husband and mom and dad stand out, and I will have those beautiful memories forever. Our wedding took place at The Belgium House in Longview, Texas on October 14, 2012.

Morning All! I thought I would start this week with a little taste of gorgeous rustic bridal inspiration. This bridal portrait session by Sofia Katherine Photography in Alberta Canada, is serenely beautiful with its warm tones, weathered backdrop and soft romantic vibe. This would be a wonderful style of photo session for the rustic or country chic bride, don’t you think?
