Classic wedding colors for fall tend to always include rich warm harvest colors. Visualize the enticing colors of changing autumn leaves, juicy harvest fruit, and glowing sunsets. Vibrant shades of terracotta red, mustard yellow and pumpkin orange make a striking backdrop for a wedding. Also soft greens such as moss and mint work beautifully within a fall color palette. Outdoor fall weddings easily lend themselves to include rustic details. Lots of natural timber used in the decor, a leafy outdoor setting and bold autumn colors used in flowers and centerpieces make a charming effect. For an elegant style fall wedding you can tone down the bold colors by just using muted autumn shades or by adding just a touch of orange, red or yellow throughout your decor. Here are some of my thoughts when it comes to beautiful wedding colors for fall.

Here is a bridal boudoir shoot I found on The Knotty Bride that blows traditional style wedding boudoir photos out of the water. Shot by Courtney Dellafiora (aka The Boudoir Vixen) it is a mesmerizing boudoir style that it is provocative, edgy and super sexy without a hint of white. Courtney was inspired to do something different in boudoir photography and created a theme based on the “modern rocker bride.” She combined the elements of rock music, fashion and bridal couture to achieve this end result – and boy I think she nailed it! Not only is it very different but also elegant and visually stunning.

These wedding pictures are so lovely, I couldn’t decide on just one for my wedding pic love post. Brilliantly captured by Clayton Austin this oh-so-cute vintage wedding set amongst orange, lime and lemon trees, is romantic, sweet and oozing old fashioned goodness galore. I seriously love the vintage blue color theme and the whimsical way Clayton incorporated the orange into his photography.
You’ll definitely want to head to feast your eyes on the entire display of wedding pics here.
Love this intimacy captured in this stunning shot. It reminds me that we should always savor the moment . . .
